What is Meet People Where They Are?

It is a facilitation-ready adaptive leadership Skill Builder that lets any internal leader lead a professional session in-house. It teaches a three-step practice called Read, Shift, Stay for the moments where the standard fix won't hold, and it includes everything you need to run, reinforce, and measure the session across four phases.

How long is the session?

You choose. The same kit runs as a 30-minute team session, a 60-minute workshop, or a 90-minute deep dive, virtual or in person. One master set covers all three lengths, with no deleting or reformatting to switch between them.

Is this just senior-leadership or change-management training?

No. Most adaptive leadership training is built for senior leaders managing change and assumes positional authority. This teaches the practitioner-level practice: how I read a moment, shift my own approach, and stay with the work, from any seat. It is written so an individual contributor and an executive can sit in the same room and both find it theirs.

What is the Read, Shift, Stay practice?

It is a three-step practice for moving through adaptive moments in your own work. Read whether a moment needs a known answer or a different approach. Shift your own move when the standard fix won't hold, instead of doing more of the same. Stay with the work when it gets uncomfortable, instead of retreating to the next quick fix. It is a personal practice anyone can run from any seat, not a method for leading others through change.
